Apartments
We work closely together with a Romanian real estate agency which always manages to find the perfect flats located nearby the medical faculty. Since we always meet with our applicants in Romania for an official ‘Meet & Greet’, you will be able to foster friendships early on. Usually, our applicants become fast friends and the possibility of living together arises.
In case you can’t travel to Romania, we can personally search for the perfect apartment on your behalf. All of the apartments that we provide are of very high quality.
Meet & Greet / University Tour
Every year before the semester starts, we meet with our applicants in Romania. We will look at the university together so that you can find your way right at the beginning of your studies. Then we go to the city Center and visit the most interesting places in the city where you apply.

Study Materials & Support During Your Studies
We don’t merely create a path for you to study medicine. Still, we also provide a comprehensive study package for the first semester. This study package includes all books for the first semester (anatomy, biophysics, Latin, & biology). It also includes a laboratory coat used for practical training and dissection tools for your anatomy dissection practical work.
At the beginning, it can be difficult to find your way at the university. That’s why we are with you right from your first day of university!
If you have any questions during your studies, we are always here to help you and provide you with high-quality information regarding your education process and the university in any detail levels.
The Application Process
The application to either the General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy or Bioengineering program is complicated and very time-consuming. That’s why we take care of all the necessary documents to ensure your successful application. More than that, we translate all your required documents (birth certificate, graduation certificate, vaccinations and more). If you are from a non-EU country, we also help you get your temporary residence visa in Romania. Not to worry, we will take care of all the costs generated during the application process!
Preparation Course
We all know that many students do experience several difficulties during this process, being afraid to integrate into university education. For this reason, we have a Preparation Course for one month, with basic subjects such as anatomy, biology, physiology and Romanian language. Specialist teachers hold these courses.
Visa Procedures
One of the conditions of registration at the Romanian universities is to obtain an education Visa from the Romanian Embassy. We will guide you through the process of getting a Visa of this type.
